I would be nice to start some very meaningful momentum in sales growth and store expansion in 2016.  Set the tone for the next 3 to 5 years and watch our share price begin to reflect strong future earnings multiple.

Yeah! I think you are right. The final 2 they brought in should be very beneficial to the company. One is a Marketing Specialist, who should help with increased sales, and the other is a Real Estate Specialist, who specializes in US Properties, so hopefully he can reduce costs or find us better deals on new locations. Also thanks for the compliment. I wish more people would contribute. Even if I don't always agree with them all. A negative point of view can also open a new topic for discussion.
