Looks like SA IS having trouble raising money

Looks like SA IS having trouble raising moneyPrivate placement isn't closed yet on a smallish raise. Might see bancruptcy edging closer here. Selling of Oban shares. They should be able to raise the pp. They might have to dump all their Oban shares.
