I just though it was timely to open a discussion upon his views of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, considering that Tesla was the rumour-of-the-week, last week.
How about this article, form a senior scientist working to commercialize hydrogen fuel cell vehicles for the U.S. Department of Energy?

It would appear that Elon considered him to be a credible commentator, considering the similarity in their remarks.

Based on that article hydrogen power has several major hurdles to overcome and they have certainly been working on them for a long time. I have not done any DD on this for investment purposes but if I did I would want to know - How many units are projected to be built in the next ten years? How much graphite will be required for each unit? How many other companies can produce/ process this graphite? Which company will have quantities available and are they competitive?
