Surprised LEVON is trading near it's low

Surprised LEVON is trading near it's lowSilver is bid, Gold is bid and Pershing Gold is up 0.19 cents.  Doesn't make sense that LVN isn't trading above 15 cents.  What we need right now is some news from Mexico.  News has been in short supply from LVN.
