I mean if billionaire drop-off list members don't know value when it is looking them in the face then who does?

The story was about a bogus report and a very over the top  detailed promotional news release that said they had added over 10mm oz of COMPLIANT gold and the long running promotion that went with it, the stock was .30 shortly before and climbed close to $2 on the news only to close somewhat lower. About a year later a revised report lowered the inicated gold to about 1/10 of the bogus report.  It was about very unethical and apparently illegal stock promotion since they were fined but a pittance compared to the $ lost.  It is not about the potential of the project.  Now close to half of the company is owned by insiders and those that still own shares from 2012 have been seen substantial dilution.
