Well I like what you have said!! but I have a solid opinion on the power plant one just has to google.... but to back it up heres a start >>> NEWS: Around the Arctic June 18, 2015 - 1:55 pm Senate study: Nunavuts power generation system unsustainable QECs decrepit power plants pose risks to public safety if you research what the govt has done its been accessing this for over a decade and on cost of plant estimated at under 200 million by 2021....and second stage under 300 million to be completed 2030. there is 2 billion plus for arctic green energy now sitting waiting. the total cost at todays price was under 450 million but future cost would be a lot more. POWER PLANT A GARANTEE no matter if a mine or not.....the fact a mine will be built only adds to the need the government act quickly.
