I've never seen more than 4 or 5 at a time in the past so hopefully this is a wrap up of the final cases. On another matter, on Bloomberg today, there is an article about infamous hedge fund manager Paulson backing his fund with his personal holdings in a recent downturn. Would have been nice to see MBAC management making some concessions - such as foregoing their salaries for a period of time - in this mess of their creation. Instead, they don't pay their employees their last pay cheques, never mind severance, and create a legal nightmare. Greg
Psalm9012 - I wasn in the process of posting with regards to 'honourable' vs. 'dishonourable' management. In this downturn many management and BOD have exposed themselves as being very dishounourable in the thier actions or lack thereof.
I would say from what I've seen it's 10% honourable and 90% dishounarable. And we all know where MBAC lies - leaders of the bunch.
What did we shareholders benefit from a prolong protacted fight with our ex-employees? What is the benefit to fighting every claim tooth and nail? Evidently it was more important to to save a $1million bucks then to get the plant operational producing a $1 million dollars.
MBAC should become a law firm and ditch phosphate fertlizer.
I mis-calculated how bad this group was and is - I thought Cristiano was different but he failed just a miserably as his predessor.
