Impact

Beacon is overestimating the impact. Respiratory ventilation revenue = 20% of PHM revenue. Only half of this is Medicare-related. With a 40% Medicare reduction, the impact is only -4% to revenue. (20% x -40% x 1/2). They will easily offset this with their geographic expansion.
