another interesting readThis morning's Globe and Mail and a report on BNN (online) say that OPEC has called for non OPEC oil producing nations and OPEC itself to strike a deal limiting production.  According to the report, Russia, hasn't agreed, but negotiations are continuing.  It seems that OPEC has been hurting more financially than they've been letting on.  They probably won't get an agreement done as they can't seem to work together at the best of times, but at least they are talking.
