RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Not a good sign
If this stock is such a bargain, why aren't institutional investors all over it.......?,,,,,,I suspect it's because management has lost the trust of the street with their auditing problems, the CEO exit, the long delay in their reporting, etc......I also question NHC management's decision to sue the author of the SA article: Spending time and money on this when they need to focus on winning back the confidence of investors is a waste of time in my opinion......DH Corp. experienced a similar situation and they simply refuted the claims made and carried on......To get all bent out of shape because some person from "Seeking Alpha" dissed them doesn't make sense when you are busy trying to fix damage done by your previous auditor, are in the midst of a CEO change, etc. looks petty and is probably another reason why big investors are wondering about the management of this company.....Shorts only win when other investors with large holdings bail out, and the shorts have been winning with this stock for months now, and those who covered recently have made off with a very nice profit.....
