Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

I hope I am wrong too, I am not short and have owned iae a few times over the years. there used to be compelling reasons to wn this stock, i can't see any at this point in this environment.

delek's investment can still pay off for them even if the sp goes to zero. I believe it is possible the banks could force iae's hand sooner than later due to debt covenants and the readjusting of loans at these oil prices, (iae may run out of debt room or posssibly be over their limit at the next adjustment) delek is in a position with it's 2 board members and their 20% ownership to assume the debt and iae's assets if iae falls out of compliance on it's loans.   the banks are very uneasy now and looking at multiple energy company failures. imho if they have the chance to move the debt to stronger hands, they will, the days of being nice and extending are coming to an end for the high cost producers.

as far as artemis,  they may be smart but they are not always right, nobody is. why aren't insiders buying???
