RE:RE:RE:Financial Statements.....Mr. Rockford, can we call you the "back-door" conduit?
For we are still in agreement, that management cannot "publicly" speak to any and all potential and future cash flows. But it would seem that they can use you to get some figures out. :) Then, the real question is, how can we trust them/you? You do not have a very good track record, with respect to predictions on your numerous junior picks.
But I want to be fair to you here Jim, and assume that these figures of yours truly came from EQT insiders [direct or otherwise], for we know you wouldn't pull them out of thin air.....right? AND, we could thererfore safely say that management has a great desire to put out 'future' cash flow numbers that regulators will not allow, but refrain from putting out 'past and current' cash flow figures that is allowed.
If Alta Floresta truly did generate a cash flow this past summer/fall, then that cash flow and production would be reflected on the company books.......right?
And surely to God, EQT management has seen the books in order to put this deal together......right?
And without a doubt, EQT management would have presented those books to the regulators, so that they could publicly diseminate that cash flow awesomeness to the general public......right?
But dang! It's just not there! No sign whatsoever of a "current cash flow" leak......but "future cash flow" leaks are running rampant !! :)
Go figure!

No matter what EQT does, it is guaranteed that radar will criticize it...In this case, he is a guy who doesn't understand cash flow, as he doesn't create his own spending money...
EQT is the new paradigm - a mining company that is both an exploration play and a producer...The binary way of thinking is not on anymore...
