I went to several Korean and Japaneese investors sites and read what they are writing about us and PLI. Even better. I found your September 2015 post there. See below. LOL

The low profile ProMetic may have also played a role in the Quebec government's decision to grant financial assistance to the 25 million Korean biopharmaceutical company Green Cross for building a plasma fractionation plant in Technoparc Saint Lawrence.

"We were a little selfishly crumpled to see that we felt obliged to help finance a Korean multinational coming install up shop here, it is important that an antiquated expertise dating from World War II worldwide for the creation of 140 jobs in 2021, as we were told "no" by the same entity for a technology platform coveted by the Chinese, Russians, Taiwanese and soon the Americans and Europeans, "says Mr. Laurin.

However, he added that he understands the desire of the government to attract foreign capital. He also noted that the new Korean plant will not compete with ProMetic facilities.
