you are overlooking one aspect...
the company is traded both on TSX and NASDAQ.
Currently on Canadian P/E ratio is 123 while on the US is 86.50
You will see that the difference between these two is the actual
exchange rate between the USD and CAD.

123 / 86.5 = 1.42
1 US Dollar = 1.41 Canadian Dollar
