It's TimeIsn't it time for Jim Taylor to go to the board and admit he has no idea about how to run a company and his record at Nordex is proof? He's done well ..........for himself that is. Had a comfy job for 4 or 5 years especially the years that NorRoc Industrial grew the sales to $6 million and there were guys like Pat Leclerc and that bunch to run the plant. When the NorRoc deal was terminated there was some remaining energy but when the momentum died so did growth and we now have a stock that has gone from $3.00 to $0.06 while Jim Taylor sits there with a half million dollar buy out.
I can see nothing buy bankruptcy in the future. Any potential customer will look at the company and will conclude that any supply contract that is signed will be of no use when Nordex closes the doors and the customer will have to go begging to Dyno and Orica for emergency supply and that will no doubt be at list price. Consequently there will be no sales growth.
The only hope is that Kirkland Lake Gold, who booted Jim and Nordex out and brought in Dyno will give the local supplier a chance but the days of "Buy Local" don't exist much anymore.
Give us a break and resign Jim. Cut a deal with Joe. If you hang in until bankruptcy occurs your 2 year severance package will be worthless.
Be a professional Jim
