Although Q4 results were good, the sp is not jumping because of our wonderful current market environment. 

Safe play is to get in now, hold your position, wait for news releases and enjoy the positive ride when the market stableizes.

Investors are struggling to invest in big blue chips, investing in these small caps are not even a thought for the power right now.
