Insiders: Less than 10% of the Share capital:Thank you NineLives for actually reading my post from beginning to end. This is the first public company that I have held that holds so few of its own shares. It is a disgrace and it reflects badly on Management considering all of the goodwill that Anaconda does in the Baie Verte community: A) free swimming lessons to over 150 people; B) building a skating rink and sponsoring a hockey team for this community, and more recently, sponsoring the Rotary Club's Gala fund raiser and contributing $50,000 to Hope Air, and so on including working with the local college as a source of on-the-job training for its students. I think that those Directors holding no shares in the company should be required to hold at least 1% of the outstanding and issued share capital as required by the company's articles of incorporation.
