RE:RE:BlackBerry Announces Changes to Common Share Purchase Progra

Back in the "good old days" when BB was RIM they made it an art form buying back shares when they dipped and then issuing shares when the price rose. Their "buy low, sell high" strategy worked wonders on the Balance Sheet back then, hopefully the same hold true now and we get a nice rise in the share price.
