Lets try this one, Stephen de Jong and the teem do not want to entertain a “take out” so this is what Stephen up to.

.

Stephen is out negotiating a early stage 50/50 JV,, that will stop a take out by ELD. This has to happen quick before ELD or others make a bid for Integra.

The main shareholders know that a, Sigma / Lamaque with potential for 10 to 12 m oz, this close to infrastructure, don’t come along very often.
