With such promising short term prospects and lucrative economics......why on earth would the remaining 40% ownership sell for a few hundred thousand dollars? I trust that is what the $300k front money is for.
Actually......why on earth would Alta Floresta Gold sell their 60% priced possession for half ownership of a failing Venture company that could only produce 0.08% NI from five holes on first choice drill targets and a paltry million dollars......with such a promising short term propsect and lucrative economics?
