correct me if i am wrong..

Why did they shell out money to buy Remaining 50% Stake in CPE-6 Block from Talisman Energy , when they were in a cash crunch..Also why cant they sell their assest to come out of bancrupsy situation.. can ohara let go millions that they put into in may 2015 as an investment also alfa has a major stake in. Most importantly why no there is bo insider shelling yet. There is something which we are missing?
