Golden Cariboo Resources sold BGM shares
Golden Cariboo Resources sold BGM sharesGCC's financials are out.
During the year ended September 30, 2015, the Company sold 195,500 (2014 Nil) common shares of Barkerville for net proceeds of $48,531. Lions Gate Energy (Now Starr Peak) also sold 127,500 shares of BGM for $30,757.
That's at 24.8 cents and 24.1 per share. Bit of a low blow, boys?
If these companies of J Frank are bailing, wonder what Standard and J Frank (who are no longer reporting insiders as of July, 2014) are doing with the 6,800,778 BGM shares shown on the Dec. 23, 2013, management information circular?
