The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Interesting scenario teekae..I own a lot of this guy..Know Armin will make the right decisions..he is a very sharp cookie.Was kinda on the same page why would you sell on the downside..but maybe he has a agenda in mind. Seems the market liked this AX.UN was the best performing reit today..up 4.5%..I have held this for so long,since 2008..my ACB is almost 0 with the divys.Giddy up Best of luck holders..
