The average engineering work applications I seen from US is asking for 140K to 150K USD. Canadian funds is 200K up. So I don't blame them. Sadly, they aren't as good as the Canadians. IMO.

....hmmm, I've heard some engineers find a 30% raise in pay going south of the border to work for Airbus or Boeing appealing....can you blame them
