paying suppliers in shares is well very scary.....it is IME simply not done and the only time i have ever seen it happen with a listed company is with ORT and this is the 2nd time that happened..
..the 1st time was for gasbag and it was a very very very bad situation..
..the other part of the financing was IMO expected to anyone (like me) who had ever taken the time to evaluated ORT's cash needs until it hit positive..
..now here is a bad exec practice IMO, if i remember correctly at one point in time ORT had a proper cost overrun amount funed (contingency) but over time it was whttled down (enabling ORT to pump lessened cash need) and it seems me that contingencies general happen near the end of construction like i believe happened here
..i have no idea if this is good or bad for actual production butt....
