Volume is not that high because the "deal" doesn't really give much room for moving the SP up. If we actually get .08 from the current .06, that doesn't give a lot of breathing room for movement. Also, not a lot of shares were even traded in this range the last few months. I was sure VMS was at least going to head back up into the 0.08-0.10 range in the next 1-2 months, but Royal Nickel is now offering a pretty lowball offer IMO.
