RE:RE:RE:RE:Lawsuit
RE:RE:RE:RE:Lawsuit My thoughts,
Sounds like Janik, and Coscia were under non competition agreements. However I strongly feel and would argue that GLK is an innovation to the industry as a whole. Mine -> Processing/micronization -> Consumer. In layman's terms, their are 3 basic stages in the SC so realistically they are not even competing in the same part of the mining supply chain. On this point, Canada needs jobs SO F U C K I N G BAD. The value of our dollar and the state of our economy is such a joke. But dont worry, we have a man with an arts degree leading the country now! Canada needs start up companies like this, not industry tyrants. More legit companies, more jobs.
As for the sales contracts, it doesn't sound like any of the contracts in writing, therefore no customers were ever garenteed. Moreover how the hell did OGL expect to dominate the supply chain? they do not have the operations facilty to do this. Ontario Graphite is beyond stupid if they can halt operations on these arguements.
It sounds like they (the two people working there... Tom Burkett & Ellerton Castor) just want complete market domination, this case is nothing more then a battle of egos. There just a butt hurt because they suck and GLK is heading to the stratosphere. I heard a rumour that they are bankrupt morally (and ethically) anyways, I highly doubt investors or their advisors will support them through this court case. As it would be a risky endeavor and the investment is not guaranteed to make money or break even.
