RE:Why no going private proposal?That was a really wonderful idea by management/BOD to come up with that ridiculous "buyout" offer last week.  The market now thinks that this BOD is either (1) sleazy, or (2) incompetent.  Either option results in the stock acting the way it has been acting since the announcement.  Thanks for nothing, guys.
