The only BS I see is your post and much of what Snake has to share with us.  A quick Yahoo Finance search will show you that Dundee REIT as it was known then had many days where it closed below $10.

I don't appreciate being insinuated as being a liar.  I shouldn't have to justify my previous posts.  I cannot be more clear than this- I bought units on November 28, 2008 for $10.50/unit and I challenge you or anyone else to prove me wrong.

What is the source of your "truth" because it isn't accurate?
