RE:***Stop freaking out***IMO the top three reasons for this halt are as follows:
1) FDA says do another study
2) FDA says proceeding with a limited approval
3) Somebody died
No financing as no one would touch at this point, neither would anyone do a deal with the FDA unknown. In my experience the Advisory Committees can easily be over ruled and the FDA does so especially with little safety concern and lack of treatment options.
I am leaning toward some version of 2 above
