RE:RE:FDA looking to screw a Canadian company..Seriously? The FDA is just doing its job, whether we investors like it or not. TST's MCNA single phase 3 study did not meet its primary end points, in other words they did not show it was statistically efficacious. All FDA said is you need another study, almost all drugs only get approved with at least 2 phase 3 studies. Maybe mgmt made a strategic error with their approach and now they are paying for it.
