Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company", or "Continental") announces effective February 1st, 2016 Rana Vig stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of Continental. Grant Sawiak currently a director of the Company has been appointed Chief Executive Officer in place of Mr. Vig.
David Pryce, Chairman of the Company states; "On behalf of the Board of Directors we thank Rana for his nearly three years of service to the Company. His contributions helped to advance the Company and we look forward to his continued support as a shareholder."
In addition, in light of Mr. Sawiak becoming Chief Executive Officer, Gordon Ashworth has been appointed to the Audit Committee of the Company in place of Mr. Sawiak.
