RE:Hot Off The Pressas far as i know,there is still a banko court case involving redwater energy,atb,and aer concerning who is responsible for reclamation costs.
i assume that the trustee has parcelled sgl lands to spread the obligations evenly.if so,and depending on outcome of court case,might not be easy pickings.
