I wonder who's selling at .36

Right now, payout would be worth about 42 cents. Add maybe 3 cents residual value and subtract maybe 2 cents (for a rush to the door selling AMER stock) and that's still almost a 20% premium to the Ask price at the moment. Apparently, there is some constituency that has doubts about this whole deal.
