It would only make sense to let investors digest the report prior to the call and ask questions about it.. Otherwise, timing of the call makes no sense to me? The conf call would only add uncertainty / question without the full report being published. I think IT mgnt firmly beleived the report would be completed and released by the date of of the call or they wouldn't haven scheduled it. Just IMHO but logical
