Why are you all selling?

Why are you all selling?
That is right werdpak 33 1/3% + 1 to stop the deal. Don't forget about the shares they already have in a lock up deal. I would also like to reiterate what I posted earlier. Pasted from previous post. "If I were RNX, I would be buying every share up that I could for under $0.081; and I am confident that they are. That $0.081 also grows in relation to the RNX share price which is appreciating nicely; (due to the fact they are getting this property at a price which ott to be considered criminal.) If my rough calculations are correct, RNX needs 26% of the outstanding share vote for this to go through on top of what they have in a lock up agreements. Speaking of lockup agreements I suspect they involve the large majority of cash remaining in the VMS bank account. My only question is why HBM would not come forward with an offer rather than sign a lock up agreement? Did they drill to test "open at depth" and came up with nothing? If not, WHY NOT, it would only be prudent to verify that you are not giving away the MOTHER LOAD!!! I will NOT be voting for the motion to sell. John get your special committee back to the table and develop a plan for shareholders that does not ruin your career within the industry."
