Up a nickel - maybe a dime -for a few days. Keep in mind that BBD only owns 50% of the C series program and those 50 planes would not be delivered for many years.

I think the bump would be about 15-20%, the time is now for a good reflection on the board management and the continued shredding of share holder equity. at my 15% target it is simply a trading opportunity. Unless the board is changed.
