RE:RE:RE:Intermission Quick question. Do we have the right to freely distribute the treatment to whoever needs it, off label, for NO CHARGE? Because I could see an individual with a lot of money buying the company for more than what ENDO would want to initially offer, take it private, and then just donate the treatments to the people who need it out of their own pocket, like Bennet Omalu. Philanthropy, if you will. You could (and ENDO plans to) buy this company for peanuts and apparently make the treatment for peanuts, instead of letting ENDO take it thru "Phake 3" trial, on their "dime" and under their ownership. If all they are willing to pay is pennies on the dollar for it, I don't need the money that badly. I'd be prepared to hold it ransom from them and give it to everybody else who wants it for nothing. Screw the regulation then. Just give it away to people who need it. I bet people are too greedy to even entertain something like this
