HPA 2 now at least 1 year behind time...

HPA 2 now at least 1 year behind time...
..amazing isn't it it has taken GK more than twice as long as he touted to get to the point of almost having completed construction (maybe) of HPA 2...

..and the cost of construction has skyrocketed way past intial touts..

..i call that incompetence and GK should have known better, so is it worse than incompetence
