Good but not great

My interpretation of the report was that it was good in some areas, but not in others.
The recovery rate apparently was less than they expected and are planning to tweak a few things to up it to the level they're looking for.  
Or, to put it simply, it was good, but not great and they still have some work to do which is why the stock is not responding.  I'm hoping they can hit their target without a lot of costly changes and in a short time.  I
