If the CEO's connections are so valuable why is Slyce out of money... again? Why are they raising funds when the share price is at an all time low (further destroying shareholder value via dilution)? 

Results matter. This company is publicly traded and the management team has destroyed shareholder value. Begging investors for more and more money is not a business plan. 

Regarding Ms. Racicot, being a 'founder' does not immediately qualify someone for five figure salary. What is anyone at Slyce doing to deserve that kind of compensation? She should be taking 65k with generous stock options. Options are a good thing because they allign the employee's interests with the success of the company. Nobody on this message board would care about a large stock option pool if the share price was appreciating.
