Reason this has not been done is because of metallurgy issues after 2 years and several million dollars of expenses.
Any responsible company would have run a pilot plant to prove commercial viability in step with sample distribution. That is the best way to spend valuable shareholder money. The fact they have avoided this test speaks volumes in the metallurgy problems they are unable to overcome. Management has to take responsibility for not coming clean on this issue and for the brutal price decline over the last two years.
