RE:High salaries?Actually Elfenbein's salary in 2014 was $219,705. He got a cash bonus under an incentive plan of $216,419. Let's hope there is no cash bonus for 2015 as he does not deserve it.
What is disturbing is that not one director, including Elfenbein, owns a single share of SLC. These s.o.b.s better step up and participate in the current offering.
Someone incorrectly posted that 85% of the issue proceeds will go to mgmt salaries. WRONG. The breakdown in the prospectus shows under the $9 million minimum raise scenario $3.55 is for salaries/benefits of ALL employyes over the next 12 months.
