Does name contest imply diamond will be sold to Botswana ...Just my opinion - Lucara agrees to sell diamond  to Botswana government at fair market value  in return for VERY GENEROUS  tax concessions + prospect licences  .. win for Lucara win for Botswana ..
Why else  would you have a name the diamond contest open only to Botswana folks .....IMO
