The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:How to spot impending TOsRockhead... you're right. That's what attracted me to Merrex, is the joint venture with Big Brother IamGold takes away the risk of bankruptcy at least. There's many penny stocks out there and meassage boards with people praying for a buyout, both they're independent ventures with no joint venture partner with high risks of running out of cash and going bankrupt. There's a lot of "hail mary" hope this company gets bought out talk out there for many penny stocks. But Merrex seems very legit. Another big question is what you mentioned "when the time is right" the big joint venture partner swoops in to buy it up. But that could be subjective as some people probably thought the time was right 2 years ago. Either way, that strategy tskes some patience. But the time is near now. Biomed joint venture penny stocks are good that way too, but higher risk with new drug research than gold mining.
