TST Speaking of TST, if they survive their current dilemna, they'll have a couple of Plants that are sitting idle waiting for another couple years for a second Phase 3 test to finish.  I wonder if they're partially convertible into PPPS?  I think one's in Montreal?  Come on, let's add another 500 kL to the capacity for Pg production start in 2017!!
