RE:RE:You told me the same thing a year ago, but note this Blade, i've ignored the poster that repeats the same old things - seems they use multiple alias'.
I agree with your view: The economy will go into recession and the impact on the USD will be negative - which bodes well for gold. I see the uptrend continuing all year, with several consolidation points along the way. Nice and steady.
The damage has been done to TMM already and I was glad to buy at .12 and .19 to bring my ACB down. I'm looking forward to how the TMM story unfolds, and it could be a couple ways in my view. Following is the order/likelyhood of things that may happen (in my view):
- Funding is obtained and TMM decides to maintain operations by summer (or restarts operations early FY17) with the improving gold picture, and contiues to move forward on Ana Paula
- Possible sale of Cabello Blanco
- TMM gets bought out after studies released in mid-2016
- Funding obtained and TMM goes along as an exploration company while gold treads between 1100 - 1200/oz, using current FCF projected for 2016.
A side note:
- Backens himself said he expects FCF to be around $20M (from the conf call, if I recall correctly) in FY17 assuming they continue with their care and maintenence plans - which takes care of Ana Paula study expenses and loans outstanding & Due in Q2.
TMM Need:
- Seems TMM is floating along a bit directionless at the moment. Overall direction will require clarification and reconfirmation soon to trigger movement.
