RE:RE:Off Topic : Stockman !!! TST Hi Duck,

In case you are wondering I had a position in TST that I sold off after the ADCOM and lost a little money. I watched the progress and when TST was halted and the bid started turning lower I assumed (correctly as it turned out) that they did not get approval. I further assumed that at worst they will have to do another PIII and they had a good deal of money in the bank so I figured it was worth a lowball stink bid for when the HALT was ended. I assumed that TST would get a stable price at about 10-12 cents before the future plans were  known or how tough the PIII demands from the FDA would be and how long PIII might take and at what cost. I hoped there would be a market downside overshoot, so I put in a large lowball bid at 6 cents. I was very lucky as that turned out to be the low of the TST overshoot and luckily my order filled right at the low. So I hope I am good to hold for a couple of years when eventually a PIII stock will again be worth at least 30-50 cents well down the road, but in the meantime I have a 50-60% gain over just a few hours (on paper).

I have no idea whether their plant can be converted for PLI use - but I would guess even if possible it would not be economical to convert for PLI and convert back for TST and with a significant conversion time both ways that would not leave much time for PLI use. So I doubt that idea will fly.
