After doing quick google search , EU has a total approx debt load of $13 Trillion ( after conversion to USD) and the US has total debt of approx $19 Trillion. If your source of information is more accurate then my simple google search of those numbers above , please post your source on here for everyone information including my own.
If you chart the US dollar idex for entire 2015 , it has virtually done nothing but move sideways. If the USD still is viewed as a safe place to park a person money , why hasn't the index moved above the 100 mark ever?. It should still be moving higher gradually , by your statement, which would make all other commodities including gold hit new 52 week lows
