The offer from Oban will be most likely 0.13$Cad (the book value), because nobody would sell them for less.. If Oban aquires Metanor they will become gold producing company, and their shares will hike too.. Even if they offered 1 OBM to 10 MTO, that would still worth it, because Oban will go as high as 1.5$ after the deal, because they will do far better job thab the current management.. IMHO
